Our Organization Services
The Taylor Mill Eagles Organization is dedicated to the betterment of the youth of our community.
As a youth sports organization, we furnish to the boys and girls that feed into Woodland Middle School and Scott High School, the availability of an outlet to perform in football, basketball, wrestling, cheerleading, and other extracurricular activities regardless of race, color, or creed, but within the limits established by the league(s) in which they perform. All actions, money and funds shall be of a non-profit basis and shall be used solely to obtain the goals of this organization.
The Eagle that is our logo was chosen out of a group of about 100 possible eagles that were brought to the first meeting for review. The main reason it was chosen was that we wanted something that when seen was readily identifiable as the Taylor Mill Eagles, whether on shirts helmets, letterhead, etc.

I believe sports provide valuable life lessons that can’t be taught within a classroom. Growing up I always had a sense of respect and honor for my coaches. Now I hope I can reflect those values on our youth by helping them become leaders, teammates and understand that success is developed from hard work!”

He went on to play Linebacker and Fullback for the Boone County Rebels from 2001 to 2004 helping the Rebels make the Kentucky state semi-finals in 2004.
Coach Dan ended his football playing career as a Linebacker at Thomas More University from 2005 to 2007. He graduated from Thomas More University in 2010 with Bachelor’s Degrees in Accountancy and Finance. Dan has lived in Taylor Mill since 2012 and is married to his beautiful bride Krystal and has two sons; Max and Xander. Dan considers himself to be blessed to have grown up playing for some amazing football coaches. “Every football coach I have ever played for had a great impact on my life. I fully attribute those guys and football as being a major influence on where I am and who I am today. Football is a game that teaches many life skills; teamwork, leadership, dedication, fighting through adversity, and the list goes on. I love to share my passion for the game of football with these kids, and I hope to leave a lasting impression on their lives like my coaches have done on mine.”

Bridgette Weinberg
Cheer Director
Bridgette Weinberg is a USMC Veteran who moved to Northern Kentucky in 1998 after being honorable discharged. She currently resides in Taylor Mill with her husband Tim. She is the longest standing coach within our organization and has been coaching cheer for the Taylor Mill Eagles since our inaugural season in 2011. Through the years, she has coached at all age levels, including having the privilege of coaching 2 of her daughters, Cesiley & Maya, who have both graduated from TME in 2014 & 2024.
Although Bridgette has had many successful seasons with TME, some of the biggest and most recent highlights of her tenure occurred beginning in the 2023 season. She was the head coach for the Jr/Sr Combo team. At the NKYFL Cheer Competition her team placed first in every single category (cheer, jumps, builds, tumbling and dance), first for their division, and Overall Grand Champions. Two weeks later, they competed at a second competition (LJS Become Iconic) where they placed first for their division and tied as Overall Grand Champions again! Additionally, Bridgette was named 2023 NKYFL Cheer Coach of the Year! In 2024, her team again competed at the same two competitions and placed first in their division at both.
“I love being a part of such a great organization. I feel that I have always been the kind of coach that has tried to make a positive impact on so many young athlete’s lives. They know that I will always be one of their biggest cheerleaders even after they are no longer on my team. The ironic thing is that I do not think that they will ever know just how much of a greater impact they have had on my life! Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle!”
